Bucket elevator structural form

Bucket Elevator general structure can be divided into three parts: for the head, including the drive, the drive wheel, wheels, and the head discharge port; was barrel, including traction and central chassis and other components; under the base , includes a lower housing, feed hopper, tensioners and tail wheel.
Bucket head machine head by the head casing and drive, drive wheels and other components. Drive means includes a motor and transmission devices, transmission wheel drive pulley is generally (traction components of conveyor belts) or sprocket (lead member of the chain), the drive is connected to the drive wheels, so that bucket elevator gain momentum and drive its operation . Bucket elevator installation requirements analysis

(7) After adjusting screw tension device should make the traction member having a uniform required for normal operation of the tensioning force. In order that there is sufficient tension in operation stroke to be less than the rest of the tensioning stroke of 50% of the full stroke
(8) the axis of the high speed shaft of the gear unit and the motor axis to be parallel to each other in the same horizontal plane; slow axis and the axis of the drive shaft axis of the bucket, to be on the same horizontal line, the maximum offset is not parallel more than 0.2mm, the maximum angle between the axis must not exceed 40o.
(9) bucket elevator lifting equipment should be installed, from the weight of not less than 2t. Crane rail base and shaft centerline distance is generally 22.2m. For D160, D250 bucket elevator to take 2m; For D350, D450, HL300 \ HL400 bucket elevator to take 2.2m.
